Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns only in cases where the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.Â
"An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage for products purchased. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed condition until the end, without any edits, cuts, or filters. If a complete unboxing video is not provided, the return or damage claim will be rejected immediately. Any damage caused during handling by the customer will not be eligible for a refund."
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or loss of interest.
If the return request is approved, the product must be in its original condition and returned along with all original packaging and accessories.
To start a return, you can contact us at talktovelmora@gmail.com. Returns will be handled by us and our authorized service partners, if the request meets our eligibility criteria. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.Â

Non-Cancellable Orders:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed or dispatched, as our fulfillment process begins immediately after you place your order. Please review your order carefully before completing the payment.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom products (such as personalized or made-to-order items)

Personal care or hygiene-related goods (such as beauty or wellness products)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after your return has been accepted and processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
